EK713/DXB-LUN-HRE will continue to operate as per sked
EK714/HRE-LUN-DXB will operate as planned with No Passenger Uplift on the LUN-DXB sector
As detailed in the UAE NCEMA (Circular 307-21) this restriction does not apply to the following categories of person – as per the published requirements and updated on www.emirates.com
a) UAE nationals and their 1st degree relatives arriving from Lusaka - Zambia
b) Members of the Diplomatic missions from both countries;
c) Holders of a UAE Golden and Silver Visa;
d) Officials and those passengers exempted and/or granted permission to enter UAE by the appropriate authorities
