Further to our Directors letter last week, Voyagers has
embarked on a new structure to better serve you, our customer, as our first priority.
We appreciate your support as we move forward into these changes.
Our team structure has changed as we have merged into one team, please email
us on Corporate@voyagerszambia.com, please be advised that all other email
addresses are no longer in use apart from Holidays@voyagerszambia.com for any
holiday enquiries.
We have introduced an email service desk, which assists with
managing responses and streamlining departments to better serve our customer.
Once an email is sent to corporate@voyagerszambia.com, you will receive a
‘ticket number’ which will be as a reference for that enquiry. This reference
will be used for all email correspondence for that enquiry for more efficient
responses and handling.
Our offices are officially open from 04 May 2020 with full
COVID19 preventative measures, social distancing, wearing masks and Sanitizing
and we kindly request all customers to adhere to the government stipulated
measures to ensure safety for all. Chingola office is no longer operational
however we continue to handle all our customers accordingly.
